Join our farm-to-table dinner during the Zilke Sunflower Festival to celebrate the 10-year anniversary of Zilke Vegetable Farm!
Start this magical evening experience on Tuesday, August 13 at 6:30 pm. We invite you to join the celebration with Tom and Vicki for all that we have built together these past 10 years.
On arrival, you'll be treated to a glass of wine and an array of hors d'oeuvres under the big tent with music from The Jazz Bums. The fields will beckon you to stroll the grassy paths while you mingle and enjoy the beauty of our farm.
Chef Mark Taylor and the team at Zilke Farm Kitchen will start dinner with an heirloom tomato salad, accompanied by his signature Farmtown Chicken in a creamy veloute sauce with Zilke-grown roasted new red potatoes, crisp sesame green beans and more on white tablecloths right in the middle of the sunflowers.
